We need to get your products listed onto our centralised eco-system, and we'll link to your online store if you have one (or we can create one for you if you don't)
Receiving your physical products into our inventory
It's as easy as just sending us a parcel with your products & a delivery note. We'll create a special place on our shelves your special creations, and we'll make sure they're ready to be sent out ASAP!
We pick, pack and ship your product into new orders
Customer place orders via your own online store, or via a Celium partner store. Our smart systems automatically receives the orders and assigns it to our awesome packing team to fulfill and ship out (or have it available for collection).

With our state-of-the-art systems, you can check your product sales, fulfillments, stock movements, payouts, and more. This allows you full visibility of your products & orders through the entire fulfilment journey with us. We're constantly building new features too!

If you're a product creator, we offer you an easy way to expose your brand range to multiple sales channels.
Through our centralised dropshipping platform, we allow our of our fulfilment partners to list your product and sell directly on their own online store. We handle the shipping and fulfilment, and we pay you out whenever products are sold.
You only need to list each product once with us, after that, each Celium partner will be able to sell your product on their stores.
At the start of every month, we'll pay you out for all products sold through Celium and it's partner stores in the previous month. No following up and annoying admin required.

Got your own customers you want to send your product to? No problem. Our fulfilment system allows you to place orders on behalf of your customers, or when you're ready, even link into your own online store.
We're currently only available to businesses in South Africa, although we can fulfill to anywhere in the world using our special DHL partnership.

Just like the small businesses we're trying to help with Celium, this concept evolved from another aspiring business, Cosmic Bazaar, that we've worked hard since 2017. We've learnt a lot along the way, and now we're ready to offer our new platform to the world - a true symbol of evolution and collaboration.
We're currently only available in South Africa, but have big dreams and hopes to go global.
We do allow our South Africa partners to send orders internationally though!
You can estimate between 2-4 weeks to completely get you up and running. Some businesses take longer depending on the amount of products and what systems need to be integrated. We don't want to rush this process, as generally fulfillment are a core part of your business!
The process of fulfillment and logistics is only as good as it's implementation. We've been doing this for a while, and learnt the DOs and DON'Ts of fulfillment, packing, stock systems, etc... Trust us when we say it's not as easy as it sounds, especially when things start to scale. Nevermind the amount of time it takes to both learn and implement these things in your own business, I'm sure you have better things to do to make your business soar.
Whilst we're open-minded to anything, we do tend to cater more towards products that are under the 'eco/holistic' umbrella. So whilst we're probably not going to fulfill your orders of cheap mass produced socks, we'd be more than happy to fulfill a local clothing brand's pants. Honestly, we're wanting to collaborate and work with people and businesses that have a shared vision for creating a better world, supporting one another, and doing so through kindness and love.
So whilst we don't want to come across to hippy dippy, we do want to highlight who we are and what we stand for, and we hope you understand where we're coming from. Contact us if you're curious if your business qualifies.
There are a few different options when it comes to getting your products to the end customer:
Our preferred method is that we sign you up, or use your existing account, to BobGo (formally uAfrica), with whom we've partnered with and have good experience with. BobGo allows you (and us) to send parcels via a number of the major courier companies in South Africa. We then automate our systems to book parcels via their platform, and you'll be charged directly for the courier fees. Find out more info on their website, bobgo.co.za
If you don't have your own online store, we can simply hook you into our 'Celium Store' and therefore fulfill orders directly for you via our own BobGo integration. We'll then charge you delivery fees come month end (at the same time you receive our fulfillment charges)
We also can offer pickup point integration (PUDO) or collection from our premises in Cape Town.
Yup! We've partnered with DHL to get your products to the globe - balancing efficiency, price and speed.
As much info as possible. Title (duh), pricing, pics and descriptions, and anything else you think is important. We're prepping Celium to be a full fledged dropshipping and B2B marketplace, so we'd like to make sure your product listings look great and have the necessary info!
We're available during normal working hours (9am to 5pm Mon-Fri) if you need any help with your services with us. We're available via WhatsApp or email, at this stage, we don't accept phone calls unfortunately except for when we're onboarding you and getting you started.
It depends. We can create a fairly basic ecommerce store for you, or empower you with the tools to create your own (it's not as hard as you think it might be). If you need something a bit more complex, it's best to get this done by a professional web dev freelancer or company.
