Celium Studio is our hands-on build team for partner brands that need practical digital work done fast. We build websites, storefronts, internal dashboards, customer-facing apps, backend tools, and custom features that fit into the way your business already runs.
Because we already understand the Celium ecosystem, we can usually move faster than a traditional agency. That means less time explaining your operation from scratch, and more time building the frontend, workflows, integrations, and admin tools you actually need.
That can be a simple brochure site, a product catalog, a wholesale portal, a custom dashboard, or a more complete ecommerce setup. For eligible projects, you can also run your store on the Celium backend instead of setting up Wix, WooCommerce, or Shopify.
Available to Celium partners for websites, storefront improvements, dashboard work, backend systems, ecommerce setup, and custom development.
Generally small catalogs, under 10 products, and straightforward page layouts.
Wholesale sections, more product categories, and stores with around 20+ products.
Advanced custom builds like product configurators and other feature-heavy experiences.
Studio is not only for brochure websites. We help partners with customer-facing pages, internal systems, ecommerce operations, and the custom code that connects it all together.
Clean websites, landing pages, product pages, service pages, and brochure-style builds that explain what you do clearly and look properly finished.
Small catalogs, category pages, wholesale sections, product filtering, and storefront improvements for brands that need to sell online without a bloated setup.
Logged-in areas for vendors, staff, or wholesale buyers, including dashboards, order views, forms, status tracking, and account tools that make day-to-day work easier.
Operational tools behind the scenes such as order routing, inventory sync, payouts, reconciliation, admin workflows, and integrations between the software you already use.
The simplest way to think about Celium: the website is what your customer sees, and the system underneath is what helps you run the business after the order comes in. We can build both.
Tools that collect orders from your site or other sales channels, keep everything in one place, and show you what needs attention next.
Systems that track what stock you have, reserve it against orders, and help prevent overselling or confusion across locations.
Logged-in spaces where trade buyers can see the right products, place orders, check history, and manage their details without manual back-and-forth.
Checkout, payment handling, reconciliation, and payout administration so money moving through the system is easier to manage and explain.
Internal views for your team to monitor orders, inventory, shipments, sync issues, invoices, or performance without digging through multiple tools.
Connections between platforms like Shopify, Xero, Takealot, Airtable, couriers, or custom tools so information flows where it should automatically.
If you already work with Celium, we can often build these sorts of backend systems faster because the core architecture, ecommerce flows, and operational patterns are already familiar.
Beyond one-off build work, Celium Storefront is our managed commerce offering. Celium Studio builds and hosts your online shop, or wires our checkout into your existing site, then runs the commerce engine behind it: checkout, payments, reconciliation, and payouts.
You pay R500/hr for the build, then 10% on every order we fulfill — 5% for your store (checkout, card processing, and hosting) and 5% for running and fulfillment. And there's no monthly subscription.
A selection of websites and storefronts we've designed, built, or customised. Many of these sorts of builds also connect into backend tools for orders, inventory, payments, reporting, or wholesale workflows.
A few practical answers about billing, platforms, ownership, and how Studio work is scoped.
No. Studio work is billed after the work is done. We’ll keep you updated as we go and let you know how many hours have been spent, so there are no surprises at the end.
We can work on Shopify stores and custom-built stores. We do not currently work on WooCommerce or Wix stores.
Yes. For eligible ecommerce builds, we can build your storefront on top of the Celium backend instead of using Shopify or another commerce platform. Celium can host the ecommerce layer, handle checkout and payments, reconcile orders, and pay you out.
You own the website and the brand-facing work we create for you. However, if your site is built on the Celium backend, it is designed to run on top of our ecosystem and architecture. Some functionality may not work correctly outside of Celium without additional redevelopment.
We scope the likely range before starting and keep you updated as work progresses. If a project looks like it may go beyond the original estimate, we’ll let you know before continuing further.
That’s fine. Studio can handle small updates, Shopify tweaks, landing page changes, content updates, custom sections, and other focused improvements.
If you're already in the Celium ecosystem, we can scope the work clearly, estimate the likely range, and get moving fast.
